It is seldom seen in this modern time, a sincere act of kindness especially to and from a total stranger.
But not to worry, the entire generation of the human race is not totally plunged into the insensitivity of the heart. A young man, Yousef Selah Erakat, better known as Fousey on Youtube is one of the few persons who can boldly take it upon himself to extend unadulterated, selfless kindness to total strangers; making them feel loved and appreciated.
In this video, Yousef decided to take it back to the way it used to be; he took a walk around a college campus, handing out single roses to random ladies in hopes giving them a reason to smile. But before he starts giving out the roses, Yousef says:
"So I
feel like social media has desensitized us so much as a generation. We have
trouble taking compliments nowadays unless it’s left on an Instagram comment or
Twitter or Facebook. So today I’m gonna take it back to how it used to be and
let people know that they’re appreciated and loved in person. Crazy, right?"
