Sanusi Fired??? Current Zenith Bank MD Appointed As New CBN Governor-- President Goodluck Jonathan

 As announced on twitter an hour ago by Reno Omokri, Special Assistant to the President on New Media, Sanusi Lamido has been replaced by current Zenith Bank MD, Godwin Emefiele as the new CBN Governor. Sanusi Lamido -whose tenure was supposed to end in June- was earlier suspended today and replaced by Dr. Sarah Alade as acting Governor.

President Jonathan has already sent the name of Godwin Emefiele to the Senate for confirmation as the new CBN Governor.

A disheartened but egotistic Sanusi said he will contend with the decision to suspend him but he wont go back to the job.
