Beyonce Is Not Pregnant! Michelle Williams Ends Rumours

When Beyonce posted the photo of her covered in sand, there was wide spread reports that she must be pregnant because of the well thought out bump. However, former Destiny’ child member Michelle Williams says it's ridiculous and not true..While co hosting the View, Michelle said;“You know, when she was pregnant, people said that she wasn’t pregnant. There’s just no truth to it… sorry! First of all, if you look at the picture, the baby bump is probably where her knees probably really are..Just stop it, stop it.”Would have been sweet news if she was pregnant. At least we’d have been expecting a baby red or pink considering we have blue already.

Mode Nine Disappointed At Nigeria’s Poor Hip Hop Culture

Mode Nine Disappointed At Nigeria’s Poor Hip Hop Culture – “I’m Not Hungry But I’m Not Very Comfortable”

Mode Nine is popularly regarded as one of the pioneer and legendary rap acts in Nigeria, but he’s disappointed that the brand doesn’t sell.

“Music has got me fame but not fortune. The kind of song I do is hip-hop in its pure essence and the truth is that most Nigerians do not like i,” Mode Nine said in an interview with Punch.
I can eat three times in a day; I am not hungry but I am not as comfortable as I would love to be. However, the book has not ended, so let’s see what happens. Music has got me more fame than fortune.”
He also revealed that he wasn’t bothered about not receiving any nominations at the Hip Hop World awards, saying he only wants to make good music.
“I don’t feel bad that I was not nominated in the Lyricist on the Roll category during this year’s Headies because even the sun and moon rotate the time they are meant to. I don’t do music with awards in mind; I just try and make good albums. I don’t mind if I am not nominated again for the next Headies because I was getting tired of being nominated for the lyricist on the roll category year in year out. I am even happy that I was not nominated.”

music: Lord Of Ajasa – Koleyewon

Lord-of-ajasa-koleyewon-gq234

Lord Of Ajasa Seems not to have relented in the Nigeria Music Industry. After his major comeback this year with his song “36 kiniun” featuring new rap sensationOlamide, followed up by “Anything” ft. Slopy Kickz , then ‘Figure 8” ft. Terry gzus. He is here with another good tune Titled“KOLEYEWON”.

Ajasa speaks confidently on this song that he is still on top of his game, and he is not in a competition with anyone. This year is surely an impressive one from “Baba o” as fondly called. Relax, listen, enjoy and be the jury. #Koleyewon”

And our dear Rihanna takes her shirt off again! [PHOTO]

rihanna topless-omogist

As Rihanna hosted her inaugural Diamond Ball, behind the scenes she was conducting her own little photo shoot.
Wearing a stunning Zac Posen gown in midnight blue, the Grammy-winning singer, 26, showed off it’s voluminous skirt that was so big some of her entourage could hide underneath it.
Of course it wouldn’t be a Rihanna photo shoot without a little risque, and in one image the Bajan star poses topless with a smoking cigar.

Banky W thinks Fashola should be Buhari’s Running Mate, talks Religion & Tribe

We know Banky W is talented and he occasionally writes about issues concerning the nation on his blog, but he is also one of the best people to follow on social media because we are treated to his very deep daily thoughts. As we all know, Presidential aspirant Muhammadu Buhari will announce his running mate today Wednesday 17th December 2014. And Banky’s choice is none other than the Governor of Lagos StateBabatunde Raji Fashola. Banky W also goes on to speak on how religion and tribe often divides us.

It should be Fashola.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

I don't care about my leader's tribe, religion, or whatever jargon they keep feeding us.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Zoning. Religion-ing. It's all crap.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Some of my mentors, clients, business partners, colleagues are from different tribes and religions than mine. What difference does it make?— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

I don't choose who to do business with based on if they'refrom my village. I don't choose who to associate with based on their religion— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Like really…when will we EVER learn??— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Who cares if Fashola is a muslim? Didn't we vote him into power in Lagos? Did the fact that he's muslim affect the way he lead the state?— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of all this.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014Tribe… Religion… these are just tools people use to divide us. And then we wonder why we're in the same position decades later.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Abiola won the election (in a LAND SLIDE) on a muslim-muslim ticket. Wasn't that the same country? It didn't matter then. Why does it now?— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

They brainwash us into thinking these things matter… and then we wonder why we're still here facing the same problems as a nation— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

We wonder why people still kill each other in places like Jos… differences in tribe, religion… like that means anything.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

In the US its white cops killing blacks. Here we r all black &all Nigerian but we think tribe & religion matter so we kill ourselves anyway— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Why can't we see that We're all Nigerian. Further more, We're all human beings.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Some of my favorite people (friends, mentors) have different tribes/religions than myself. It doesn't matter. It REALLY doesn't matter.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

But then when it comes to Political power/leaders, they trick us to believe that religion/tribe matters. So they can divide & control us— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Same country voted Abiola, on a muslim-muslim ticket, in a LANDSLIDE. Religion didn't matter then. Tribe didn't matter then.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

Now all of a sudden, religion and tribe are controlling our every decision. We've fallen so far from what we used to be.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

May God save Nigeria.— Banky Wellington (@BankyW)December 17, 2014

My Account Balance Is Heavy Now – Korede Bello Is Way Richer Than You Think

Mavin artiste’s finest, Korede Bello is way richer than you think he is.

The fast rising music star who has got almost a hundred thousand followers on Instagram, in a brief chat with YNaija at the Headies awards which held recently in Lagos, revealed that his account balance is much better than it used be.

Hear him “my standard of living has elevated, my account balance is much better now”- yea we knew that but we just didn’t think it would that heavy!

When asked if he had billions in it, he blushed, took a bow and said “By God’s grace”

On how he has been coping with his female fans especially after his ‘popular wink’ in the widely watched ‘Dorobucci’ video, Korede said “I have love from my fans, it is overwhelming.

The other day a female fan had my picture all over her birthday cake and it was scary.

I felt grateful that a fan had me in such high esteem and even loved me that much.  It however felt scary and awkward having a piece of me being chewed by the birthday attendees.”

On handling fame “Fame has changed me really.

I am still the same me but my societal values and standards have changed.

I can no longer move out freely like i used to just to avoid being mobbed.

I am loving all the attention but I am still me, I am still the person I am with the same God”

Korede Bello joined the Mavin records label in 2014 after winning a competition alongside, Di’va and Reekado Banks

Beyoncé and Jay Z Sued by Hungarian Singer Claiming"Drunk in Love" Sampled Her Vocals Without Permission

Beyoncé's 2013 song "Drunk in Love" features hubbyJay Z, but according to one Hungarian singer, Mr. and Mrs. Carter aren't the only voices on that track! In a lawsuit obtained by E! News,Mitsou(real name: Mónika Juhász Miczura)claims Jay, Bey and "Drunk in Love" producers (includingTimbaland) sampled and digitally manipulated her vocals from a 1995 traditional Roma folk song without permission. Per the suit, filed Friday in Manhattan civil court, Mitsou is seeking unspecified damages for the "irreparable harm and emotional distress" caused by the musicians' "blatant unauthorized use of [her] voice for trade purposes."VIDEO: Bey and Jay meet Prince William and Kate!Mitsou claims "Drunk in Love" begins with her voice singing an a cappella solo for the first 13 seconds of the song. After this introduction, she purports that her "voice continues to sing as Beyoncé begins to sing"—up until the 41 second mark. Mitsou states that her vocals join Jay Z when he raps in the song from 3:14 until 4:05, a total of 51 seconds. Mitsou claims her vocals, taken from a song called "Bajba, Bajba Pélem" that she recorded with her folk bandAndo Drom, are featured for over 1.5 minutes of the 5.5-minute song.According to Mitsoui's suit, her original track is about "hopelessness, when one can no longer trust anyone but her own mother and God." She claims that her vocals from this track were lifted without permission and sampled in"Drunk in Love" in order "to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics."Beyoncé, Jay Z and Timbaland did not respond to E! News' request for comment.

Eminem Talks Signing 50 Cent, ‘Detroit Vs. Everybody’ And The History Of Shady Records

Eminem and Shady Records are celebrating their 15th
anniversary this year, and they’re commemorating it
with the release of a new double-disc album, Shady XV,
next week. And ahead of the release of the project, Em
and his longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg, sat down
with Shade45 to reflect on the label’s rich history —
including signing 50 Cent .
“I think I was riding around bumping that sh– more
than anything I was recording myself,” Em said of first
hearing 50′s music, around the time he was shooting “8
Mile.”
“I think there was something also to be said about the
same credibility factor [Dr.] Dre gave to me, we could
use that with Fif. Because anybody who had their
doubts about me signing him, or anything like that…
Dre’s stamp could not hurt in any way you go. It was
more about making sure that we didn’t f–k this up.
Especially back then — anybody who hated me is just
gonna turn his music off.”
Of course, they didn’t, and Fif went on to sell millions
and millions of records. Part of that, as well as the
success of the label, is thanks to the meticulousness of
their releases. Rosenberg credited that approach to Dr.
Dre.
“Time doesn’t exist for Dr. Dre,” he said. “He doesn’t
care about anything except making sure the music’s
right. So we learned that from him. Nothing else
matters. Because [if] you put the sh– out because of
some external pressures, and it’s not ready, you ain’t
gonna have another shot to put it out. You gotta make
sure everything’s right. That’s the most important
thing.”
As the hour-long interview wound down, they touched
on a few of the joints on the new album. Em opened up
a bit about one that had people excited in recent days,
“Detroit vs. Everybody.” The track features Royce da
5’9″, Big Sean, Danny Brown, Dej Loaf and Trick Trick,
and is an anthem for the city.
“It feels like we’ve always been an underdog,” Slim said
both of the D, and his career and label. “Given that
mentality, I think it inspired, and inspires people still to
this day, to try to — rappers — to try to rap as well as
they can.”

Taylor Swift Wants a Man She Loves as Much as "Skinny Caramel Lattes"; Doesn't Believe in "Happily Ever After"

Taylor Swift 's been vocal about not wanting to date right now — but there's a chance she
would take on a suitor if he was as good as a "skinny caramel latte." The "Blank Space"
songstress revealed in the December/January issue of Lucky magazine that she doesn't
believe in happily ever after anymore, but she's got a serious love for coffee.

"Wow, I really used to think that happily ever after was a thing," she admitted while talking
about her past albums. "[Now,] I think that no matter what you find in terms of happiness
and compatibility, there's always going to be a struggle attached to it. I used to believe
that you find the one and that's it — nothing's difficult after that," she explained. "But then
again, I know nothing now. I know legitimately nothing about lasting relationship
experiences because I don't have them."

And although she's declared herself single-and-loving-life , Swift — who has famously
dated everyone from John Mayer to her most recent man, Harry Styles — said that if she
found a man who is as good as coffee, then she'd be set.
